• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Funding your gl96 account from third-party accounts is prohibited.
• gl96 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering and payment traceability requirements.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

• Any action or omission of a third-party game provider, payment processor, or other external service provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits gl96's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. gl96 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

gl96 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of gl96 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. gl96 operates under the applicable framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact gl96 support in the first instance. gl96 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between gl96 and the Player with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
